We are happy to announce that Ignite Skills Foundation campaigned to secure Washington State Governor Jay Inslee’s support and an official WA State proclamation for Youth Apprenticeship Week, May 5-11, 2024.
Based on our pro-active outreach, Governor Inslee has recognized the importance of YAW 2024 and issued a WA state proclamation declaring May 5-11 as Youth Apprenticeship Week in WA state to amplify the YAW 2024 campaign. Below is WA state Governor Inslee’s proclamation.
This is yet another achievement by the Ignite Skills youth leaders to raise awareness and support for the youth apprenticeships in WA state and nation-wide.
